Delivery & Returns

All items purchased before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. We can only guarantee next day deliveries for purchases made Monday to Thursday before 2pm. Order tracking is available for Royal Mail deliveries, please wait the full 3 - 5 working days for your delivery to arrive if you are based in the UK, and up to 14 working days for international orders. We will advise you if your order is being dispatched via Royal Mail.Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt.

Please not we do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday or Tuesday if there was a bank holiday. If you have paid for recorded delivery a tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe (e.g. hidden from sight and protected from rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave a card telling you how you can pick it up.

When you place an order it is suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt. Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Please note any customs or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in the delivery charge. We have no control over these charges, if you require more information please contact your local customs office. Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

Returns

Anastasia offers an easy returns policy. Simply follow the instructions below:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
  • Please note for UK orders you will be supplied a returns label, £3.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipment costs. For International orders it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay return shipping.
  • Before returning your item you must contact us to authorize your return.
  • All International returns must be sent back to us by a trackable service.
  • All returns must be in perfect condition with all labels attached, if the item is in an imperfect condition we have the right to refuse the return.
  • If you have received a faulty/damaged/incorrect item we will cover all return shipping charges and issue a full refund upon the arrival of the item.
  • Upon arrival of your return a refund will be issued within 1 – 2 working days.
  • We will refund the amount on to the original card/PayPal account from which the original payment was made.
  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team with your order number, name, reason for wanting to return the item and proof damage (picture). Please inform us whether you would like a full refund or a replacement sent out. We will send you a free returns label if accepted.
