Where is my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched, if you have paid for recorded delivery this email will contain tracking information. Please wait the full delivery window for the item to arrive, note orders may arrive as late as 9pm. If you are unable to track your order using the tracking details please contact a member of our team at sales@anastasia-fashions.co.uk.

Have you received my return?
For UK returns please allow up 10 working days for your parcel to be returned to us. For all international returns please check the tracking number you we’re supplied by the carrier you returned the item to us with. Upon arrival of your return we aim to process a refund within 2 working days. The refund will be returned to original payment method used to place the order, once the refund has been processed it can take up to 5 working days for the money to be returned to your account.

How do I return an item?
If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, we offer a hassle free returns process. You can return your item any time within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us stating your order number and reason for the return, if the return is authorized you will receive a returns label along with an authorization code if you are based in the UK. Please note there will be a £3.50 deduction from your refund for return postage. If you are an international order, payment for return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I exchange an item?
Sadly we do not offer exchanges, however you are able to return the item for a refund and then place a new order in the desired size/colour.

Can I amend my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not already been processed. To avoid disappointment please ensure all details are correct before you make your purchase, if you would like to make a change after placing the order please contact us as soon as possible. Alternatively if your order has already been shipped you can return the item for a refund in accordance with our returns policy.

Why has my order been cancelled?
Our item’s sell out fast, and although we aim to keep our stocks up to date on occasion sadly the item you have ordered may become unavailable. These cases are rare, but if you are one of the unlucky few you will be contacted as soon as possible by email to confirm the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these will be dispatched and you will be refunded the out of stock item.

Where do you deliver to?

Do I need to sign for my delivery?
If you have chosen a tracked service this will require a signature upon receiving your order. If you have selected a standard non tracked service it will not require a signature.

Will I be charged customs & duties?
The price of the items and shipping does not include any additional custom and import duties. Not all international shipments are charged customs and duties, however if in your case you are charged customs and duties these must be paid for by the buyer.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, or in addition with any student discount’s you may be entitled to. Only one discount code/promotion is valid per order. It is recommended to use the discount code which entitles you to the biggest discount.

Do you accept student discount?
Sadly we do not offer student discount currently.

Why won’t my discount code work?
When entering codes please ensure you have entered the code correctly, as codes are case sensitive. Try copying and pasting the code into the promo code box just before checkout. Also please be aware offers are time limited, so your code may have expired. Some promo codes are only valid for specific items, please ensure that you have the correct item in your basket to redeem the promo.

Do you have any promotional codes?
We have promotions and offers available on site from time to time, to keep up with the latest promotions and offers sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Facebook or Twitter to ensure you don’t miss a thing!

What happens if I forget to use a discount code?
Sadly once your order has been placed we are unable to apply any discount codes, you can always use the discount code again on your next order if it hasn’t expired though! Check the full terms & conditions of your discount code for all the details.
